Itinerary App
I explored the design of an itinerary app intended to centralise and streamline travel information on a user’s phone. The app allows users to input and manage details about their flights, hotels, and activities for their holidays.
The home screen serves as a hub where users can enter their travel destination and view a comprehensive overview of their itinerary. It includes sections for accommodation, flights, activities, and essential travel considerations such as weather, vaccines, visa requirements, and transportation options.
Each section is presented in a user-friendly card style, offering detailed information like flight numbers, seat assignments, and hotel amenities, along with reservation details and contact information.
A key feature is the daily itinerary planner, where users can organise their activities into morning, afternoon, and evening slots. This section also integrates transportation details like airport transfers.
The primary goal was to ensure users could access all their travel information even without an internet connection. By enabling offline access while also allowing synchronisation with cloud services when available, the app provides a reliable and secure way to manage travel details, ensuring users feel prepared and informed throughout their journey.

Travel Guide Concept
Travelers often face challenges when planning trips, particularly in determining the best times to visit specific countries, understanding cultural events, and identifying unique experiences. While online resources are available, they are often scattered, making it difficult for travelers to find cohesive, reliable information in one place. This can lead to missed opportunities for unique cultural experiences and poor planning that doesn't take into account the nuances of seasonal travel.
To address these challenges, I designed a comprehensive travel guide concept that consolidates essential travel information into a small, easy-to-navigate book format. The guide is specifically designed for A5 paper, making it portable and convenient for travelers to carry with them.
The guide is divided by country and then further organised by season. For each season, travelers can find: Best Time to Travel, booking time recommendations, cultural and traditional events, activity guides.
The design is clean and minimalistic, with a focus on usability. I used colourful pastel colours to categorise different seasons, making it easy for users to navigate the guide. Icons were incorporated to represent various events and activities, providing quick visual cues. High-quality landscape images were included to inspire travelers and give them a glimpse of what they can expect during their trip.

Culture Hub
With the vast amount of cultural information available online, users often struggle to find reliable and visually engaging resources that provide a comprehensive understanding of a culture or country. Existing platforms like Wikipedia offer extensive data but can be overwhelming and difficult to navigate, especially for users seeking a more visually appealing and interactive experience. Additionally, platforms like TripAdvisor are focused primarily on travel logistics rather than deep cultural insights. This gap leaves users, both for educational purposes and travel planning, without an accessible and engaging way to learn about different cultures.
To bridge this gap, I am developing a Cultural Hub, an interactive guide designed to provide users with all relevant information about a culture or country in an easily digestible and visually appealing format. Unlike traditional encyclopedic resources, this hub focuses on delivering information through infographics, interactive maps, and engaging visuals that simplify complex cultural data.
The hub functions as a dashboard where users can select a country of interest and explore various categories, such as demographics, geography, languages, religion, history, and many more, getting into details and specifics about what they might be looking for.
Each category offers a dedicated screen that can dive deeper into specific topics, making the hub adaptable to different user needs—whether for quick overviews or detailed exploration.
